All you need is your gym kit and access to a well equipped gym.

Bespoke programme

Everything is designed around you, your goals and your lifestyle.  The main difference to face-to-face training is I’m not there to coach you in person.

Ideal for those with individual health or fitness concerns, or who appreciate that extra personal touch.

Ready made programme

This programme is perfect if you are cost-conscious but still want a programme that delivers results.

Structured to meet fat loss, muscle growth and strength improvements over different training cycles, it’s suitable for novice, intermediate and advanced exercisers.

    We’ll discuss your goals by phone, skype or email and agree on how I can help you reach them.

  • Monthly training programme

    A new training programme every four or five weeks, with descriptions of exercises, stretches and how many times to train.  Weightlifting, conditioning and cardio are all covered.

  • Nutrition

    Nutrition is key to success.  I will prepare dietary guidelines which will evolve as you move towards your goal.

  • Male & female programmes

    Your programme is bespoke to you and that includes whether you are male or female.

  • Supplement plan

    Even the best eating habits can benefit from supplementation.  I’ll suggest what’s right for you.

  • Progress update

    Depending on your goals, we’ll review your progress weekly, fortnightly or monthly.  If something’s not working, we’ll change it.

  • Ongoing support

    You may train on your own, but I’m available to answer questions and advise you by phone, skype or email for as long as you subscribe.
