Get the body you've always wanted, and keep it

Lose weight, build muscle, more energy.  Whatever it is, we’ll get you there over the next 12 months in a way which will become second nature to you.

Calorie counting & weighing food is optional

Easy to follow guidelines on what, how much and how often to eat using your hands as a guide.  Dine out without worrying about portion controls.  If you’d like calories and grams, we can do that too.

Small changes, new habits, big results

Each fortnight, you’ll get a new eating or lifestyle habit to work with.  This might be to eat slowly and mindfully, spend 15 minutes a day on your health and fitness, or adding protein to every meal.  Each day you’ll have a short lesson to help make the habit stick.

Daily check-ins

Most of us could do with a bit more accountability.  You’ll be prompted to let me know that you’ve completed you habit for the day, or if you haven’t, then there’s a button for that too.  You’ll record your weight and progress photos regularly too.  That way Thrive can make sure you stay on track.

It's all about you

There’s nothing standard about ProCoach.  Your guidelines are based on your starting point, your goals and your activity level.  Regular reviews mean we know when to change things as you adapt.  How much more personalised do you want it?!

Once you’ve signed up and completed the initial questionnaire, I’ll send you your personalised How To Thrive guide which tells you everything you need to know about your initial nutrition: how to measure food; how to balance protein, fat, carbohydrate, vegetables and fruit; and which foods are great and which are best avoided.  There’s some guidance on activity levels, sleep, stress and other lifestyle aspects to thriving.
