Lose weight, build muscle, more energy.  Whatever it is, we’ll get you there over the next 12 months.

No calorie counting or weighing food

Easy to follow guidelines on what, how much and how often to eat.  Dining out will no longer have portion control problems.

Small changes, new habits, big results

Each fortnight, you’ll get a new eating or lifestyle habit to work with.  This might be to eat slowly and mindfully, spend 15 minutes a day on your health and fitness, or adding protein to every meal.  Each day you’ll have a short lesson to help make the habit stick.

Daily check-ins

We could all do with a bit more accountability.  You’ll be prompted to let me know that you’ve competed you habit for the day, or if you haven’t, then there’s a button for that too.  After all, we can’t all be 100% all of the time!

Once you’ve signed up and completed the initial questionnaire, I’ll send you a Quick Start Guide which tells you everything you need to know about your initial nutrition: how to measure food; how to balance protein, fat, carbohydrate, vegetables and fruit; and which foods are great and which are best avoided.  It even has a shopping list and tips on preparing food in advance.
