Free initial consultation

We’ll meet at Thrive’s private gym studio and discuss your goals, how I can help you reach them and take some body measurements.

Training programme

I will design a training programme based on your goals, lifestyle and experience.  Weightlifting, cardio and stretching are all covered.

Nutrition

Nutrition is key to success.  I will prepare dietary guidelines which will evolve as you move towards your goal.

Supplement plan

Even the best eating habits can benefit from supplementation.  I’ll suggest what’s right for you.

Progress checks

Based on your goals and commitment, we’ll review your progress at set intervals.  If something is not working, we’ll change it.

Support

You’re not alone when you leave Thrive’s gym.  I’m available to answer questions and advise you for as long as you train with Thrive.

  • The best rate is available for the biggest commitment.
    Train with Thrive three or more times each week.
